Bananas Secure 2nd Place at Seven Sisters Championships

The team as a whole had a great last session with another 19 best times and continued to display tremendous energy and spirit. We had a great showing in the 200 backstroke with Lily Seidman winning in a time of 2:14.99, Alex Page placed 4th, and Michelle Mai placed 5th in the event.  Another strong event for the Wild Bunch was the 1650. First-year Mackenzie Bradley placed 2nd in the 1650 free with a lifetime best of 19:01.95, first-year Emma Reim placed 6th, and seniors Rachel Dorset and Christine Dzialo finished 7th and 8th respectively. Rebecca Rosen and Sophie Mettler-Grove also scored in the top 16 of the Smith dominated 1650. Diver Izzy Harper dove well again on 3 meter and placed 2nd with a score of 311.55. Sarah Tucker finished off her weekend with her lifetime best time of the weekend with a time of 2:29.84. Rebecca Rosen had her 3rd lifetime best of the weekend also in the 200 fly with a time of 2:33.48. You can find the complete Seven Sister Championships results here.
